DERMVENTRY is an India-registered business serving customers in the United States. Orders are fulfilled from India and delivered to U.S. addresses using tracked international shipping services.

Delivery timelines shown on this page include international processing, overseas transit, customs handling, and final delivery within the United States.

Shipping Availability

  • We currently ship only to addresses located within the United States.
  • We may expand shipping availability to additional countries in the future.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) are processed on the following business day.
  • Once shipped, customers receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

Most orders shipped to customers in the United States are delivered without additional import charges. However, customs authorities or local regulations may occasionally apply duties, taxes, or import-related fees beyond our control.

Any applicable customs or import charges imposed by authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking Information

All orders include shipment tracking. Tracking details are emailed once the order has been dispatched.

Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation, especially during international transit stages.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos if the item arrived damaged

After review, eligible cases may qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

Returns & Return Handling

Approved returns are handled through our customer support process. Return instructions and the appropriate return address (if applicable) are provided after return authorization is approved.
