Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

  • New, unused, and undamaged
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Returned with all included accessories, manuals, tags, and parts
  • Approved through our return authorization process before being shipped back

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Non-defective products / change-of-mind returns

Returned items must be in new condition only unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

After review, if the issue is approved, DERMVENTRY will provide return instructions and cover eligible return shipping costs where applicable.

5. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
  • The item must pass inspection before a refund is approved

6. Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.

Customers must contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior written authorization may not be accepted or processed.

For U.S. customers, return instructions will be provided by email after the return request is reviewed and approved.

Depending on the situation, DERMVENTRY may provide a return label, return shipping instructions, or an approved return shipping address.

Customers should not ship items back until they receive official return authorization from DERMVENTRY.

Our team will review your request within 1 business day and provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Approved returns may receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, return shipping instructions, and — where applicable — a return label or approved return address.

Return handling procedures may vary depending on the product type, return reason, and delivery location.

8. Return Label and Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:

9. Restocking Fee

DERMVENTRY does not charge any restocking fee.

10. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

11. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by DERMVENTRY, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

12. Lost or Undelivered Items

If an order is lost in transit, undelivered, and cannot be traced or confirmed as delivered, we will review the case with the shipping carrier.

If the package is confirmed lost or undeliverable due to carrier issues, a full refund or replacement may be issued.

13. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

14. Non-Returnable Items
