Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Return Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free.
  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Lost or Undelivered Items

  • If an item is undelivered and cannot be traced, a full refund will be issued.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@dermventry.com with your order details and photos.
  2. We will review your request within 1 business day.
  3. RA Number & Label: You will receive a return authorization (RA) number and shipping label.
  4. Repack & Ship: Place the item securely in its original packaging and ship via India Post using the provided label.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 30 days for unused items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain hygiene or safety products (e.g., opened perfumes) cannot be returned. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product pages.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under applicable U.S. law.
