- All products purchased directly from Dermventry include a 90-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or workmanship issues under normal use.
- If a product qualifies under warranty, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
Relationship to Returns
- Products eligible for return under our 30-day Return Policy should follow the return process outlined there.
- Issues arising after the return window but within the 90-day warranty period are handled under this Warranty Policy.

Shipping for Warranty Claims
- If a warranty claim is approved due to a confirmed defect or incorrect item, return shipping will be covered by us.
- If the issue is not confirmed as a warranty case, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Period
