Shipping Options: Economy (18–23 business days, $9.99 per product) and Standard (14–18 business days, $19.99 per product).

Processing: Orders are handled within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are generally processed on the next business day.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with available tracking details is sent once the order is dispatched.

Destination: Currently shipping only to addresses within the United States.

Carrier: Tracked international shipping via India Post and/or applicable partner carriers depending on routing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be reported within 30 days of delivery. Customers should contact info@dermventry.com with their order details and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Lost or Undelivered Orders: If an order is confirmed as lost or undelivered and cannot be located or traced after the applicable carrier verification, Dermventry will provide either a replacement, subject to product availability, or a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Where a return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect product attributable to Dermventry, eligible shipping costs may be covered or refunded in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Customs & Import Charges: Orders are fulfilled and shipped internationally from India to the United States. Shipping charges and any taxes collected directly by DERMVENTRY are displayed during checkout. However, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, carrier-imposed fees, or other import-related charges may be imposed separately by destination authorities or the carrier. Such charges are the customer's responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or required otherwise by applicable law. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Dermventry offers a straightforward return and refund process.

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. Please email info@dermventry.com with your order details and clear photos of the item and packaging.
• Return Process: Requests are reviewed within 1 business day. Once approved, we will provide return authorization and return instructions.
• Return Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Where a return results from a defective, damaged, or incorrect product attributable to Dermventry, eligible shipping costs may be covered or refunded.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are available within 30 days for eligible unused items, subject to product availability.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
• Lost or Undelivered Items: If an order is confirmed as lost or undelivered and cannot be located or traced after the applicable carrier verification, Dermventry will provide either a replacement, subject to product availability, or a full refund to the original payment method.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened hygiene-sensitive products, such as perfumes, cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Order Cancellation: Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched. Cancellation is not guaranteed once order processing or fulfillment has begun. If an order has already been dispatched, the applicable return procedure will apply.
• Warranty Claims: Where a product is covered by Dermventry's warranty, warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery, unless a different period is stated in the applicable warranty terms. This warranty period applies separately from the 30-day return period.
