• Options: Economy (18–23 business days, $9.99), Standard (14–18 business days, $19.99).
• Processing: Orders are handled within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.
• Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking details is sent once the order is dispatched.
• Destination: Currently shipping only within the United States.
• Carrier: Tracked international shipping via India Post and/or partner carriers depending on routing.
• Concerns: Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  Lost or undelivered orders should be reported if tracking shows no movement or no delivery after the estimated delivery window has passed.
• Resolution: Replacement, refund, or store credit depending on case verification.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, which are the customer’s responsibility. Dermventry is not responsible for delays or charges at the destination border.

Dermventry offers a straightforward return process.

• Window: 30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories.
• Process: Email info@dermventry.com with order details and photos → review within 1 business day → return authorization issued → return instructions provided.
• Costs: Free return for defective or incorrect items. Customer pays for change-of-mind returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: Available within 30 days for eligible unused items.
• Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after approval to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
• Lost Items: If undelivered and untraceable, a full refund is issued.
• Non-Returnable: Opened hygiene products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect.
• Legal Rights: This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable under law.

Dermventry is operated from India and currently serves customers in the United States. Orders are processed in India and delivered to U.S. customers through tracked international shipping partners.
